You’ll be:

• Connecting with Parents: Responding to inquiries via chat, phone, and email in both Russian and English, always maintaining a warm, supportive tone.
• Scheduling and Support: Assisting parents with booking lessons, rescheduling, and creating scheduling solutions tailored to school and exam calendars.
• Sales & Recommendations: Helping families select the right tutoring packages—and earning a commission for each confirmed enrollment. You’ll also engage in consultative sales, offering thoughtful upsells and additional services that genuinely support each family’s academic journey.
• Coordinating with Tutors: Ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors, managing schedules, and maintaining high service standards.
• Building Relationships: Getting to know our families, understanding their goals, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
• Driving Improvement: Gathering feedback to help improve our services and the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Russian and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Customer Experience Focus: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or education is preferred.
• Natural Sales Ability: Comfortable discussing service options and converting leads into happy customers.
• Relationship Builder: Friendly, professional, and empathetic—able to earn trust quickly.

• Nighttime Availability: availability to work 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM Eastern European Time.
