Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a focused and analytical Finance Manager to lead our internal financial reporting and analysis. This role is not accounting-focused but is key in providing management with relevant, accurate, and timely financial insights to support strategic decisions. The Finance Manager will be responsible for designing and improving financial reports, forecasting and performance analysis tools, and will manage the Business Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of internal financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, providing clear variance analysis and commentary
• Collaborate with leadership to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with department heads
• Perform deep-dive financial analysis on business performance, trends, and potential risks/opportunities
• Ensure data integrity and consistency in reporting tools and financial models
• Supervise and guide the Business Controller, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met
• Act as a finance business partner across the company, translating data into meaningful business discussions

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in reporting and analysis roles
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable building reports from scratch and improving existing ones
• Sharp analytical skills, business-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; able to present complex data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• English written & spoken – advanced level (mandatory)
• Russian language - advantage
