Job Summary: 

As an Affiliate Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of affiliate programs, seek to identify growth opportunities, maintain relationships with affiliates, create budgets, conduct tests to optimize affiliate sales, train staff to manage affiliate programs, and organize promotional events.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting New Partners: Attract new webmasters and partners to our Affiliate Network.
• Partner Account Management: Maintain accounts of partners in the Affiliate Network, including retention and solving their problems promptly.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their questions or concerns.
• Partner Development: Increase the turnover of partners through scaling, motivation, and performance enhancement strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that affiliate promotions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand's messaging and values.
• Traffic Analysis: Analyze partner traffic to provide optimal solutions for performance improvement.
• Event Participation: Participate in specialized events, including international ones, to establish partnerships.

Requirements:

• Understanding affiliate marketing best practices and strategies to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with SEO traffic.
