 Role Overview:
Join a cross-industry consultancy team as a Principal Solution Architect/Technical Consultant, working hands-on and strategically with clients to deliver robust data platform solutions using Palantir Foundry and advanced AI/ML technologies. You’ll bridge business challenges and technical possibilities—leading architecture, delivery, and integration of AI components such as LLMs, predictive engines, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to design and deliver scalable solutions with Palantir Foundry and integrated AI/ML features
• Gather requirements, define data architectures, and identify new opportunities for value
• Lead or support solution delivery—either hands-on or as technical lead
• Develop and deploy data pipelines, ML models, and LLM-based tools
• Guide client teams in Foundry AI/ML adoption and best practices
• Communicate complex concepts clearly in business and technical contexts

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Palantir Foundry (solution design, real-world delivery)
• Advanced understanding of AI/ML in Foundry (LLMs, ML pipelines, operational integration)
• Strong consulting skills with client engagement across multiple sectors
• Proven technical leadership—solution architecture and delivery
• Advanced Palantir Foundry certification or enablement
• Fluent English (C1/C2), excellent communicator

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AIP, Apollo, or similar enterprise data/AI platforms (Databricks, SageMaker, Azure AI, Snowflake, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLM agents, orchestration frameworks, or real-time data architectures (data mesh, streaming, MLOps)
