Our client — an established and innovation-driven company in the FMCG sector with international operations is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud and on-premises environments;
• Design and maintain automation toolchains including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules, and observability tools;
• Operate a hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, on-site datacenters, and edge computing environments;
• Build and optimize multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters, service meshes, and autoscaling;
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry);
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Drive “shift-left” security practices, manage secrets, and implement policy as code;
• Support networking infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, fiber, and industrial equipment;
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a DevOps culture across the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering in production environments;
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and related container ecosystems;
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform preferred), and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, etc.);
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Argo CD);
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS), and hybrid infrastructures;
• Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking, and small datacenter hardware;
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) and automation practices;
• Security-minded with knowledge of IAM, container hardening, and vulnerability scanning;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure;
• Excellent documentation habits and mentorship orientation.
• Bonus: Experience with industrial IoT, drone operations, or manufacturing networks.
