Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field
• Proven portfolio of web and graphic design projects
• Basic knowledge in web design and markups and styles, such as HTML, CSS, etc.
• Proficient in graphic design software applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
• Creative and innovative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Tools:

• Web design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Web development tools, such as Notepad++, Sublime Text, etc.
• Web testing tools, such as Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Tools, etc.
• Web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
• Task management tools such as JIRA, Asana, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and preferences for the website and graphic design
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and storyboards to illustrate the design ideas and user flows
• Design responsive or adaptive websites for developers
• Design and edit graphics, logos, icons, images, UI kit components and other visual elements for the website, marketing materials and
• other promo campaigns
• Design and edit presentations, mediakits and other promo materials for business departments
• Design and edit corporate offline mockups for conferences and other events
• Ensure all graphic materials compliant with Brand guidelines
• Test and the website and graphic design across browsers, devices, and platforms
• Optimize the website and graphic design for accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design consistency and quality
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in web and graphic design
