We are seeking passionate Sales Analyst to join our Sales Operation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data and developing forecasts to support strategic decision-making, work closely with various departments to provide insights and predictions that drive business performance.

The role is in a global company with global responsibilities across all divisions and subsidiaries!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key sales systems and processes with focus on Salesforce
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts and business insights
  • Create metrics, monitoring abilities, processes, and mechanisms to support business continuity
  • Prepare and present reports on forecast accuracy, trends, and business impacts to high-management.
  • Assist in the development of annual and quarterly business plans by providing detailed forecasts and projections.
  • Develop relationships and work with sales, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
  • Sales VPs partner for all sales operation needs, specifically in weekly booking forecast meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in data / forecast / business analytics / OPEX roles.
  • Excellent English - a must. (B2-C1)
  • Experience in global company – a must.
  • Experience in SalesForce – a plus
  • Experience in a high-tech company – a plus
