About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing international team. You will be working on a U.S.-based digital product as part of a cross-functional team based in Romania (Timișoara) and Moldova. Your main responsibility will be to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and contribute to the overall user experience of our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using Figma.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.

• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and maintain design system components.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.

• Contribute to UX strategy and continuously look for ways to improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Strong proficiency with Figma and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.

• Experience working on web and/or mobile applications.

• Ability to present design ideas clearly and communicate with remote teams.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
