HR-Consulting Srl on behalf of its client (a company of skincare products) is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:                                                                                                                                                                                   Responsibilities:                                                                                                             

• Preparing and completing monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports to support business decision-making
• Continuously improving and optimizing existing financial reports for enhanced accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzing key financial indicators and providing insights to support strategic planning
• Communicating with regulatory and control authorities in various countries to ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with financial analysis, reporting, and other strategic task

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of English (at least B2 level - both written and spoken) to communicate effectively in an international business environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis tools)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights
• Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and SNC (National Accounting Standards) is a plus
• Experience with 1C accounting software is an advantage
• Prior experience in accounting, financial analysis, or data processing is preferred but not mandatory
