The Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) is seeking a proactive and motivated Fundraising and Capacity Building Specialist to join our dedicated team in Chișinău. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening CCR’s fundraising efforts and building the internal capacity of our organization to better serve refugee communities in Moldova.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CCR’s fundraising strategy and annual fundraising plan.
• Identify relevant funding opportunities, prepare proposals and apply for grants in alignment with CCR’s mission and goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with donors and partner organizations.
• Develop a communication strategy to improve engagement with donors, stakeholders, and the wider public.
• Ensure the organization’s visibility through social media, website updates, and other public platforms.
• Provide regular media coverage for CCR’s key events and activities.
• Organize internal training sessions for staff based on assessed needs and donor requirements.
• Submit monthly, mid-year, and annual reports to the Project Coordinator.

Requirements:

• University degree in Social or Humanitarian Sciences.
• Entry level of experience in project management or fundraising in the NGO sector.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, Romanian, and Russian.
• Confident user of digital tools and social media platforms.
