Your Role: 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight brokerage;
• Find reliable carriers, check their availability, and negotiate the best rates;
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and carriers;
• Coordinate freight shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and quality service;
• Build and grow your own team to support business development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in freight brokerage or a related role;
• A strong track record of exceeding sales goals and targets;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities;
• A customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach;
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
