Create content that matters with Selftalk - a mental health startup building a next-generation platform for self-therapy. We have 20+ international psychologists designing self-therapy and self-coaching programs that we call journeys.

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to help us grow our digital presence and reach.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Schedule content using Planable across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Work with existing materials — we've already created 14 podcast episodes and 100+ reels with top psychologists
• Create thumbnails using our templates and ensure titles are SEO-optimized
• Create tracking links to measure content performance
• Keep content organized in Google Drive and Excel sheets

2. Content Creation & Strategy

• Brainstorm and execute promotional ideas for each self-therapy journey;
• Learn and apply content strategy frameworks: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU; 
• Spot social media trends and help us adopt them creatively;

3. Webinars & Events

• Support the team in organizing and promoting live webinars with psychologists

4. Performance Reporting

• Report on which content performs best
• Suggest and test new content experiments

Ideal Candidate

• You are involved with social media and passionate about mental health.
• You are a self-learner; we are not social media gurus, but we are experts at figuring it out. So, even if you don't have all the skills — don't worry, we would love a "I will figure this out" attitude.
• You have 3 to 4 free hours a day to take care of our content strategy.
