Due to our client’s business expansion, we are currently looking to fill the position of Backoffice Customer Service Specialist. 

In this position you will be responsible for processing and preparation of specialized reports for the needs of internal and external B2B customers and adjusting databases according to their needs.

Responsibilities: 

• To work on the first line of customer support. 
• To assist b2c and b2b customers via phone, email, and chat. 
• To distribute the requests to the other customer support departments. 
• To help the customers with exchanges and refunds. 
• To provide customers with extra information about the trip. 

Requirements: 

• Intermediate level of English and Spanish (B2-C1). 
• Good writing skills. 
• Knowledge of business etiquette. 
• Ability to perform full-time from office.
