Role and Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations;
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
Supervise, train, and lead office personnel.
2. Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the office and across departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
3. Event Planning:
Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage travel arrangements for employees when required.
4. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized office records and files.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
5. Problem Solving:
Address and resolve issues or conflicts within the office.
Act as a point of contact for problem-solving and decision-making.
6. Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
Coordinate project timelines and resources.
7. Team Building:
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Organize team-building activities to strengthen the team's cohesion.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
