As a Product Owner, you will join the team specialized in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security management software packages. It is an incubator for ADVANCED IOT SOLUTIONS such as: Smart Security Monitoring, Smart Buildings & Facility Services, Cloud Business & Smart House Technologies, Fleet Management, Traffic Management, Urban Surveillance.

You will define goals and create vision for our software projects, while maintaining constant interaction with the development team!

What you need:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner within a software development company;
• Software engineering background represents a big plus;
• Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies;
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal;
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to details.

What you will do:

• Communicate with stakeholders, including sales team, business managers and development teams to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with client’s business objectives;
• Act as primary link between stakeholders and development team;
• Work with cross-functional teams in planning a product release;
• Prioritize needs, scope and resources;
• Manage the product backlog, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories;
• Be accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product;
• Organize Scrum ceremonies.
