Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base, and managing existing customer relationships.
You will work closely with sales to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and profitability.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Develop new partnerships & global leads
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Representing the company at international events & summits

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Business Development Manager/ Successful experience as a Sales Manager, within the IT industry.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Online, interpersonal, and face-to-face presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Perseverance to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Presentable appearance
