Digitize Everything is a web and mobile development agency. One of our many projects is SSL Dragon (ssldragon.com), an American company currently looking to hire in Moldova.

We sold more than 17,000 SSL Certificates to over 7000 customers in more than 160 countries since our launch in 2016. We are constantly looking to reinforce our team, this time with a new Customer Support Representative. 

We are looking to hire a dedicated customer support representative to provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to complaints. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support
