Main tasks:

• Preparing and cooking according to our A la carte menu
• Has to have experience of preparing buffets, e.g. seasonal
• Registrations for internal food control/safety
• Cleaning and arranging kitchen
• Other tasks

Education and skills:

• Chef Diploma
• Good english skills is necessary (Icelandic is a plus)
• Experience working in high quality restaurants
• Willing to and ability to work under stress
• Service minded and great communication skills
• Cleanliness, punctuality and flexibility
• A plus if you live close by the hotel.
