RESPONSABILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Use airline software to search for and book flights efficiently.
• Offer personalized travel options to clients, leveraging your expertise to discuss the pros and cons of different choices.
• Emphasize the advantages of booking with us, including our complimentary add-on services and outstanding customer support.
• Make reservations and confirm bookings accurately.
• Promptly inform clients of any changes to flight schedules, services, or promotions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
