We are looking for a Recruiter who goes beyond closing vacancies and is genuinely interested in working with people and teams. This role combines hands-on recruitment with elements of HR and People Partnership: close collaboration with hiring managers, candidate care, onboarding support, and gradual growth towards a People Partner / Talent Partner role.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (outsourcing, BPO, contact centers, IT)
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle: from intake requirements to offer acceptance
- Confident use of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, direct search)
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and set clear priorities
- Strong communication skills and experience working closely with hiring managers (requirements clarification, expectation alignment, regular updates)
- Good understanding of the labor market and basic salary benchmarking principles
- English level B2+ or higher
- Experience in outsourcing companies will be a strong advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity and market conditions
- Conduct structured interviews and provide clear, high-quality feedback to hiring managers
- Build and maintain a talent pool and candidate database
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion)
- Provide market and salary insights to hiring managers
- Support onboarding and adaptation of new hires
- Contribute to HR and employer branding initiatives, recruitment process improvements, and internal communication with teams.
