Responsibilities:

Source and recruit CDL drivers and owner-operators and LTO candidates using:

• Job boards
• Social media
• Referrals
• Personal database/network
• Target and engage candidates from Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, Moldovan, and Romanian communities
• Conduct phone screenings and assess qualifications
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified drivers and O/Os
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch to align hiring with company needs
• Maintain candidate tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• 1+ years of verifiable experience in US Trucking Industry
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with trucking terms: CDL, DOT, LTO, HOS, driver qualifications
• Good computer skills and database management
• Strong personal reputation and ability to build trust with drivers
