Responsibilities:

• Prepare driver payroll statements using Ditat software
• Calculate trips, miles, and driver payments
• Add and track expenses, reimbursements, and deduction
• Review settlements for accuracy
• Explain deductions, expenses, and weekly settlements clearly
• Maintain organized payroll records and reports

Requirements:

• Experience in trucking/logistics payroll preferred
• Knowledge of Ditat software is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate-advanced English
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
