CRM Manager

Responsibilities
- Daily administration of Kommo CRM (amoCRM), including pipelines, automations, user permissions, and data hygiene.
- Build, optimize, and document CRM workflows (Lead → Consult → Close → Renewal).
- Perform basic WordPress page updates and content edits.
- Support automation and integration projects across business systems and tools.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, including conversion metrics and pipeline health tracking.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and software tools.
- Ensure CRM processes are efficient, scalable, and properly documented.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Kommo CRM (amoCRM) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress is mandatory.
- English level B2+ or higher.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, automations, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
