• Contract Negotiation: Forge contracts with shippers nationwide, ensuring competitive terms.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with customers and carriers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Rate Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate competitive rates that benefit all parties.
• Sales Lead Generation: Actively generate and pursue sales leads to expand your portfolio.
• Load Monitoring: Monitor and track the status of loads, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Focus on Management: Concentrate on managing existing loads without the need to seek new clients or loads.

Experience:

• Dispatch Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher is a plus.
• Educational Background: A university degree is strongly encouraged but not required.
• Experience with Alvys TMS is an advantage
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Multitasking: Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
