UE Line is an asset-based American trucking company with an operations center in Chișinău. We operate across the United States and manage a rapidly growing fleet of over 200 trucks - an increase of more than five times in the past few years. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Moldovan team with a Driver Recruiter who can turn qualified leads into hires - in a smooth, friendly and professional manner.

What You’ll Do

• Call, text, and follow up with all incoming driver leads the same day. Qualify and move candidates through the funnel.
• Evaluate fit against hiring criteria; collect and review CDL, MVR, Clearinghouse records; coordinate background/drug test steps (e.g., Tenstreet, MedStop/partners).
• Maintain clear notes, statuses, and next steps for every candidate.
• Secure acceptances, confirm start dates/orientation, and hand off cleanly to Safety/HR for onboarding.

Requirements from You

• Prior experience recruiting in a U.S. trucking environment is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and U.S. transportation compliance standards.
• English written and verbal proficiency to effectively manage incoming warm leads, calls, and messages.
• Ability to respond quickly, follow up consistently, keep drivers engaged.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, be able to speak clearly, listen well, explain job details simply, avoid jargon, and build trust.
• Financially motivated, with a desire to grow earnings through successful driver placements.
