UE Line is an asset-based American trucking company with an operations center in Chișinău. We operate across the United States and manage a rapidly growing fleet of over 200 trucks - an increase of more than five times in the past few years.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible After-Hours Dispatcher to support our U.S. flatbed and step-deck fleet during overnight operations. You will not be required to book loads, but to provide assistance to our drivers across Safety, Maintenance, and Dispatch functions.

What You’ll Do

• Support drivers by answering calls/messages and assisting with HOS guidance, routing, and pickup/delivery issues
• Handle incidents and breakdowns, coordinating roadside assistance, tires, tows, and necessary repairs
• Communicate proactively with customers (brokers, shippers, receivers) by providing updated ETAs, delay notifications, and clear solutions
• Track loads and maintain accurate statuses in the TMS and spreadsheets; ensure detailed notes are recorded before handing off to the day team
• Prepare an overnight summary report outlining key events, issues resolved, and open items for the incoming dispatch shift

Requirements from You

• Experience in US trucking dispatch or roadside/maintenance coordination is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple drivers and maintain efficient communication
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Capable to remain calm in stressful or time-sensitive situations
• Professionalism, independency, and a solution-oriented approach in all tasks
