• Handle timely invoice processing (including deciding on the tax codes) and posting received invoices;
• Schedule payments & generate payment file;
• Perform reconciliations;
• Manage & master data for vendors, provide account statements;
• Provide Top Management with internal reports;
• Perform maintenance and reconciliation of vendor data.  

• University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Google features;
• Good analytical, planning, organizational, time-management, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate: spoken and written).  

The Company provides full training. The previous experience in accounting/finance would be appreciated.
