EBS Integrator is accepting applications for the Recruiter position. 
As a Recruiter will focus your energy on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking, and relationship building with potential candidates and will introduce and monitor recruitment best practices including development and management of recruitment processes, procedures, and systems." 
 
Job Responsibilities: 

• Implement recruiting strategies to open vacant positions; 
• Identification of potential candidates for open positions; 
• Coordination of the entire recruitment process (CV screening, interview organisation, follow-up after interviews); 
• Manage our recruiting database; 
• Promoting vacancies on recruitment and social media platforms; 
• Follow market trends in recruiting and tech industry; 
• Elaborate recruitment reports and analytics of the prospecting and hiring of candidates. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• +1 year of IT recruitment experience; 
• Ability to work with large volumes of information on a daily basis; 
• Fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian; 
• Ability to work with people of different temperaments; 

• Good written and verbal communication skills; 
• Good Practice of interviewing techniques; 
• Strong organizational skills;
