Job description

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience with PHP & Laravel framework;
• Database architecture and implementation skills; advanced knowledge of MySQL and knowledge with non-relational databases (Redis);
• Knowledge of versioning systems (GIT) and continuous integration/deployments;
• Experience with JavaScript Frameworks like Vue.js;
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Good ES6/ES7 knowledge;
• Advanced knowledge of OOP programming language and data structures;
• Very good understanding of various data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV;
• Experienced in RESTful API consumption, caching, error handling.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend/frontend solutions according to the team’s roadmap;
• Develop and debug modules and websites’s specific features taking into account the technical constraints;
• Design, implementation, and optimization of databases;
• Focus on building reusable code and libraries;
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies;
• Working on multiple web projects with national/international coverage;

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of application security best practices and secure application architecture methodologies;
• Familiarity with performance and scalability issues and solutions;
• Knowledge of package managers like NPM, Composer;
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS);
• Basic knowledge of Apache and Linux / Unix;
• Experience with Babel JavaScript Compiler, Webpack, and WebSockets;
• Experience with eCommerce platforms like PrestaShop, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Shopify, etc.
