HCB and Hoekman Logistics (Polish Transport company) is looking for a new colleague in Chisinau Office / Filial for a new vacancy, administration and international operational tasks.
The job description will be to work with our Polish Office / colleagues in operation process and administration such as (CMR, drivers reports, cost expenses, customers support, Drivers paper work controlling, reports and document quality providing)

Main Work Duty’s:

• Cheek the CMR and assure quality control from the driver to customers / administration
• Review and updates rapport
• Data Processing, adjustments and corrections
• Customers Support
• Reporting and analyze costs and km productions to administration
• Booking and register different EU route programs for international drivers and trucks

• Net salary starts from 9000 mdl, with professional and financial growing possibility

• Working time: Monday -> Friday 09:00-18:00

Requirements:

• Fluent English level (written and spoken)
• Good MS office skills (especially excel and Power Point)
• Responsible and attention to details
• Customer oriented and flexible person
• University or college degree
