Responsibilities:

• stablishing contacts with customers;
• sale of course, training and consulting services;
• presentation of services by phone;
• maintaining the relationship with current customers: sending offers, monitoring payment deadlines, satisfaction evaluation;
• conducting outbound cold calling/emailing and general prospecting.

Requirements:

• knowledge of English at the advanced level (B2-C1);
• basic skills in Word, Excel;
• communication skills;
• negotiation skills;
• perseverance in achieving goals;
• results orientation.
