Oneest is looking for an IT Sales Manager who will enforce our team and will help us keep growing in the Software Development direction. We mainly work with foreign clients and projects from Europe and USA.
Knowledge and skills that we’re looking for:
- at least upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written);
- being client-oriented and ability to communicate;
- interact quickly and efficiently with clients;
- good communication and presentation skills;
- initiative, self-organization, readiness to learn, active approach;
- strong analytical skills;
- attention to detail and diligence.
Nice to have:
- knowledge and experience of sales principles for B2B and B2C;
- knowledge of main principles and experience in communication with clients;
- successful experience of sales;
- understanding of web and app development lifecycles;
Job responsibilities
- Calls with Potential customers (leads);
- Creating RFP (Request for Proposal) to get estimates from the development team;
- Follow-ups, which give a value for customer and persistence;
- The creation of relevant and customized offers for clients;
- Communication with potential clients to define their interests and needs (LinkedIn, emails, specialized websites);
- Search of new channels for sales and lead generation;
- Work in CRM for tracking and managing contacts and leads;
- Sales efficiency analysis.
