We are looking for ambitious Customer Care Specialists to join our team! 
A bit about the role: Customer Care Specialists typically work by ticketing system (Helpdesk) addressing questions and resolving complaints raised by clients. The reason for the interaction is not always an existing problem. Sometimes it’s simply a matter of helping to get the right solution and assist with service functionality.

You will:

  • Handle customer issues and offer quality service to them via multiple channels (e.g. emails, ticketing system); 
  • Use available resources (tech documentation, guides, wiki, etc.) to investigate and  resolve issues; 
  • Timely escalate issues to corresponding teams; 
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on identification/tracking of bugs and enhancement requests;
  • Proactively monitor and provide updates to customers until successful resolution; 
  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and procedures. 

You need:

  • Excellent written communication in English;
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support role (support in a technical field is a bonus);
  • Great problem-solving skills and high attention to detail;
  • The ability to prioritize, be organized and meet deadlines; 
  • Eagerness to learn and dive into tech details;  
  • To be a great teammate and feel comfortable interacting with diverse specialists (both tech and non-tech).
