• Assess and coordinate the final selection of candidates based on tests and checks.
• Create and integrate methods of candidates' assessment.
• Periodical assessment of employee’s psychological climate.

Essential requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in recruitment.
• Experience with recruiting people in the IT industry is a big advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR psychology is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
