Our financial department is growing and we are looking for a detail-oriented and trainable specialist to support our accounting operations in QuickBooks Online and assist with financial analytics. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online (training provided)
- Upload and categorize bank transactions
- Reconcile bank activity and process invoices and payments
- Help maintain organized records of income and expenses
- Support the team with basic financial reporting and analysis (P&L, cash flow, etc.)
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, procurement, etc.) on finance-related tasks
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and an understanding of financial report structure
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Willingness to learn QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail, structured approach, and sense of responsibility
- English proficiency is sufficient for reading documentation and written communication
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
- Previous internship or junior-level experience in accounting or finance
- Familiarity with e-commerce businesses or U.S. accounting practices
