We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be involved in delivering outstanding service in a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with the latest technologies.You will be offered to apply to the fullest your customer oriented and IT related skills and expertise.
- End-user support in products using - providing guidance on correct product usage, consulting on the product's features and use-cases
- Helping clients in identifying the root cause of causing, and resolving technical issues related to the products, provided by the company (Zeroqode)
- Collaborating with developers in troubleshooting and bug fixing when needed
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Quality assurance product and documentation maintenance
- University degree in Computer Science or IT
- 1+ year in IT customer services and support operation related field (application support management, quality assurance, software or web project management)
- Sound understanding of web technologies and software issues to enable discussions with internal and external key stakeholder
- Strong interpersonal skills including problem solving, knowledge sharing and negotiating
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to efficiently manage own time
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Will be an asset
- Experienced in front-end development, web design or software project management
