YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with management in the United States on developing and organizing ideas
• Act as a business analyst

• Create stories and tasks for the development team

• Lead an agile scrum team (Scrum, TDD, Kanban, etc.)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the project is successful in delivering value and that it adheres to budget and time frame guidelines
• Lead and train our Agile scrum team following the defined Agile methodologies using Scrum, TDD, Kanban and XP
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution with empathy and respect
• Track and remove impediments for the team as quickly as possible
• Communicate early and often within the team and with stakeholders
• Ensure project and backlog roadmaps are prioritized through clearly defined criteria and ROI sizing. Work with product owner to ensure a well-groomed Product Backlog for the teams to ensure long term work visibility is maintained
• Measure team sprint success by using standard sprint metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, both internal and external to the team
• Create and manage a documentation repository: maintain up-to-date project documentation, shared globally and conforming to global standards
• Be a process evangelist: Coach team members using Agile Principles to help team mature in agile process
• Ability to tackle difficult issues and handle strong personalities. Must excel at decision making, conflict management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
• Advanced knowledge of agile team metrics including burn-down chart, capacity plan, sprint goal mapping, success radiator, etc.
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Jira
• Positive communication style and excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence colleagues, cross-functional & cross-cultural teams and senior managers
• Have technical awareness and exposure to key technologies, with specific focus on Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and Cloud technologies
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
