  • Analyze and evaluate current process flows:
    - communicate with process owners: Sales, Project Management, HR, Finances etc. teams
    - understand current operational procedures and process flows
    - analyze used in process automatization software
    - identify and prioritize current operational needs and problems
  • Create the list of changes required for process optimization and coordinate their implementation:
    - develop new or improve current process flows diagrams, lists of rules and procedures
    - if necessary, find better technical tools (software) that should be used for process flow optimization
    - clarify and coordinate with process owners the list of changes required for process optimization
    - create technical tasks for IT team for process logic customization when Unifun internally developed software is used
    - ensure that all implemented modifications work in the appropriate way
  • Coordinate and support the new/optimized process flows implementation in practice on the process owners level
  • Develop unique standards for relevant corporate documentation (process flows diagrams, instructions for users, ets.)


  • Strong understanding of key business process flows in a medium/large company
  • Experience in business process development and/or optimization (is an advantage)
  • University degree in the IT / Technical field (is an advantage)

  • Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Orientation on research of additional information independently
  • Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
  • Ability to provide information clearly and shortly
  • To be friendly and communicative

Salary expectations

  • Salary level of an international IT company, revision each 6 months
  • Based on professional experience - any salary level can be discussed

Work conditions

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time
