“Viatel” is a multi-service contact center, offering a wide range of services since 2012 both nationally and internationally with primary clients.

Now we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent who will be working directly with USA customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and filling in the database
Taking and processing customer’s requests

Redirecting calls to the relevant department (dispatch, prepay, etc.)

Requirements: High school degree or equivalent (preferred) Fluent English is a MUST! Great verbal, spelling, and writing skills Great attention to detail Responsibility & adaptability
