We are looking for an experienced and innovative ElasticSearch/Solr Software Engineer for a full-remote and full-time opportunity. This is an opportunity to work for a rapidly growing unicorn e-comm organization from the USA.

What you'll do:

Create machine-learning-based processes to enrich search data
Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
Develop a first-class ElasticSearch-based search capability to power items search
Write web services in GoLang that cooperate with ES in high-performing composite system
Create a custom control plane for ElasticSearch as a React app that talks to the back end described above

What you'll bring:

3+ years of recent and relevant work experience with Go/Golang
Strong knowledge of Solr or ElasticSearch 7.X is a must
Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
