We are looking for an organized Data Entry Assistant to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of a variety of financial records, to join the growing Chisinau team, and be part of a thriving global organization. 

This very important role involves assisting the Accountancy team by offering support with Data entry

Impro Group is announcing an opening for Accountant Data Entry Assistant 

Main responsibilities:

• Ability to Analyze Data
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Maintaining accounts receivable/payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Perform reconciliations
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Main requirements:

• University degree
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Google features;
• Good analytical, planning, organizational, time-management, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
