We are looking for a Lead Generation specialist to collect and evaluate potential sales opportunities. The specialist will take ownership of generating new leads for the business. 
 
Working as part of the EBS Business Development team, the Lead Generator will be responsible for finding, identifying, and attracting potential customers into our sales pipeline. In exchange, we guarantee access to state-of-the-art tools, an induction and training program, a knowledge base, and many other elements of a healthy learning environment, to grow and explore your chosen potential. 
 
Job Responsibilities: 

• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business;  
• Establish business relations with clients over email and social networks; 
• Use social media business accounts and company databases to gain potential leads; 
• Developing and reinforcing relationships with the lead at every stage of the sales funnel;
• Follow the sales pipeline for the outbound lead generation process;
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Good English communication skills; 
• Ability to work independently; 
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail; 
• Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM or Social Networking (LinkedIn).
