What you need to know:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Advanced skills in one or more SQL flavors (T-SQL/ PL-SQL/ DB2 SQL...);
  • 5+ years experience in business & system analysis;
  • Previous experience with Cards Management systems (Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Issuing, ATMs/Pos, e-Commerce, Loyalty, so on) – IT change/ run areas background;
  • Proven work experience in large card systems projects (e.g. implementations, migrations, large functional enhancements);
  • Good understanding of specific card technologies, terminology, practice & general regulation;
  • Good knowledge of card back-office processes, especially merchant acquiring processes;
  • Familiar with VISA/Mastercard regulations and/or card standards;
  • Ability to inquire Oracle databases and use SQL statements;
  • Previous experience with VISA/Mastercard projects/certifications is a plus;
  • Familiar with JIRA/Confluence (as a user), experience in agile/waterfall projects;
  • Ability to build specifications having technical content;
  • Good command of English;
  • Availability to occasionally travel abroad for project related work (short trips such as
    workshops/ alignment or status meetings).

What you need to do:

  • Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements;
  • Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations;
  • Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT  environment;
  • Provide effort estimates for the analysis and project support work;
  • Transform business requirements into software requirements specifications;
  • Recommend the solution design; support with architecture design; support development and testing;
  • Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating approved changes;
  • Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
  • Participate actively in vendor related RfPs. Document specific requirements, perform gap analysis and participate in the evaluation process.

  • Technical task send on email / Technical interview with one or two Senior Developers live coding and theoretical questions 
  • Final interview and employment offer
