DATA ANALYST

Analyzing the data on a launched game gives the product manager, designers, producers and marketers a key understanding of who our audiences are, how they behave and how we can make our games better for them.

Responsibilities:

• You will receive questions from the game team, understand the questions, and determine the data needed to answer them. 
• You will assemble data from multiple sources, conduct analyses, perform research, designs, documents and implement solutions. 
• You will propose solutions and insights to game areas. You will develop scripts and queries to import, manipulate, clean, and transform data from different sources. 
• You will present analysis conclusions to the game team in a clear, understandable, and valuable way. Tell compelling stories supported by data using visualization tools (Looker, Google Data Studio). 
• You will take ownership for their active projects, always looking for new problems to solve and new concepts to implement. 
• You will build metrics reporting systems and track process improvements across the team. 
• You will build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms. (Google Cloud Machine Learning)
• You will work with team members and partners.

Qualifications:

• Expert data visualization techniques for charts and reports - good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or Tableau or similar tools. 
• Have a very good database and SQL, NoSQL, and nested data knowledge. 
• Fluent in SQL; good experience with programming in R, Python; Adept in at least one visualization tool such as Looker, or Tableau, PowerBI.
• University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) 
• Good math, including statistics, simulation, and optimization.
• Strong written and oral communication skills .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver unambiguous business impact.
• We speak Romanian in our day-to-day interactions but keep English as the base written documentation language.
