Job Description:

“Payme Swiss AG” is a BaaS startup that focuses on delivering innovative payment solutions and infrastructure to European B2B and B2C companies.

Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Moldova, who will work in a close collaboration with management to promote our Fintech – Rosan Pay (www.rosanpay.com) across Europe.

As a Marketing Manager you will get a deep dive into innovations in the payment industry and be in direct contact with leading payment companies.

Responsibilities:

• General oversight over marketing activities
• Responsible for marketing projects across Europe, especially lead generation, PR and influencer campaigns
• Co-ordinating digital marketing campaigns and content creation  Establishment of oversight and control of the performance of marketing measures 
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management on KPIs
• Capturing learnings and success stories

Your profile: 

• Experience in managing content creation, creating strategies & multi-channel implementation 
• Understanding Growth Hacking concept 
• Experience with influencer marketing
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication skills

Beneficial skills and experiences: 

• Experience in fashion, banking, payment or Fintech industries
• Additional languages besides English (Spanish, German, French, Italian) 
• Experience with print materials and packaging
