PoliLingua Limited is a UK-based company that provides a full array of language and business support services. We specialize in translation, interpretation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, subtitling, and voiceovers. We work with high-profile clients from across the globe who trust us to deliver accurate services with fast turnaround times.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to support sales efforts.
Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
