Требования к кандидату:

Знание стандартов гостеприимства
Владение разговорным румынским, русским, английским (уровень Intermediate)
Желателен опыт работы в сфере гостеприимства или туризма
Уверенный пользователь компьютера
Аккуратность и внимание к деталям
Коммуникационные и организационные навыки
Знание кассовой дисциплины

Обязанности:

Приветствие гостей
Регистрация заселения/выселения
Подготовка счетов
Бронирование номеров
Организация и контроль исполнения пожеланий гостей (консьерж-сервис)
