We are looking for an ambitious and open-minded Technical Recruiter, who will work in tight collaboration with business, technical teams and the HR Manager during the full lifecycle of the Recruitment process (identifying key role requirements, searching, screening, interviewing and final offering).

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing Recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Developing the job descriptions for each position from junior to senior in collaboration with the team managers;
Managing all job postings and advertising open positions on social media;
Conducting the entire interviewing process;
Managing and modification all accurate info in Applicant Tracking System;
Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications;
Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical / industry community and marketplace.

Skills & Qualifications:

2 years of IT recruitment experience is preferred;
Experience in administering the Applicant Tracking System;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Thorough knowledge of employer branding strategies;
Upper-intermediate level of English.
