We’re looking for a curious, proactive Business Analyst who dives deep into the business structure to understand and gather insights about the processes and requirements of the client. In this role, you’ll apply your knowledge and experience to analyze the entire system, business processes, key performance indicators, and framing crucial documents. You’ll be constantly in the situation to come up with original insights and keep being the person who’s looking to assume ownership, voice your ideas, and see them come to life.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating and gathering requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Performing requirements analysis and documenting the results of your efforts
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Provide an active role for successful completion of Release/Sprint goals for a cross-functional team (development and QA)
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
• Plan of product releases, product feature backlog, development of the product
• Provide vision to Agile development team and stakeholders & defining requirements in line with Agile/Scrum best practices

• Previous work experience as Business Analyst for 1-2 years
• Good knowledge of business analysis practices, techniques
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative thinker with vision
• Attention to details
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
