Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status

Crunchyroll employees are currently working from home, and we are still conducting remote interviews and hiring during this time. This role is expected to start remotely, and we’ll work closely with you as we understand every person has unique circumstances.

About The Team

At Crunchyroll, the People team in Moldova leads many efforts including partnering with managers across the organization on people management, policy and procedure development, employee records and information maintenance, as well as employee relations, advocating for employees, and keeping a pulse on morale and evolution of the company culture. We are a diverse group of individuals who are passionate about HR and its critical impact on an organization. Our broader People team consists of HR Business Partners, People/HR Operations, Recruiting, Workplace Operations, and Learning, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement.

About You:

• Work experience as Office Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role;
• Hands-on experience with office equipment;
• Proficiency in GSuite;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
• Good command of Romanian, English, and Russian;
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

A day in the life of our Front Desk Assistant:

• Greet, welcome, and direct guests & visitors to the appropriate person and office;
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
• Ensure that guests sign in and out of the office using the visitor system;
• Constantly, keeping updated the employees via internal electronic means of communication;
• Receive and sort incoming mail and packages and alerts staff members that their items have arrived;
• Coordinate pick-up of mail and package services;
• Assist Facilities Coordinator as needed;
• Ensure safety and security rules are followed per the existing protocols;
• Permanently research and optimize the current supply: delivered snacks, drinks, lunches, and office supplies;
• Work with subcontractors for diverse scheduled deliveries.
